TOWNHOUSE
This first hotel, designed by India Mahdavi in 1999 for hotelier and restaurateur Jonathan Morr, has manifesto status. The intensity of the colors, the brilliance of red and baby blue, and even beige, give this place an “endless summer” ambiance. The atmosphere is light and fresh, and certain aesthetic principles here transcend fashion and season, making this Éden pop the world's first affordable boutique hotel. The water-bed terrace and “BondStreet” restaurant are signature features, heralding India Mahdavi's principles and style.
