Project Room #8 – ‘Reds and Tartans’ – is a dining room where reds and tartans meet around a dining table to discuss saturation and temperature.
Project Room #8 introduces the new Midi-Trente dining table, an enlarged version of the red and white checkered pattern commonly seen on tablecloths in the south of France, surrounded by the classic and hearty tartans of the Afro chairs. The gradation of the enamelled lava stone reds display a modern graphic statement supported by the strong monochromatic backdrop.
The new Tartagnan three-fold screen is composed of colorful wooden crossties that act as the threads of a lattice, filtering the brightness of the red walls – The ‘In Love’ shade that stems from the Flowers collection created for Mériguet-Carrère in 2019.
Also featured, the Bruno rotating shelf, whose hues enrich the range of reds – and a couple of Marie-Laure garden chairs, the odd guests amidst the red landscape.
